Custom‑spec orders, including custom‑built wheels, upgraded hubs, upgraded spokes, custom decals and decal‑free configurations, are made per your specifications. Once production has started, cancellation or modification is limited as outlined in our Return Policy.

We accept payment methods enabled on our Shopify store. All payments must be completed at checkout. You warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method you provide. We are not responsible for any bank‑related fees, currency conversion charges, or payment‑processing delays from your financial institution.

All orders ship from China to the United States. Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer. We do not cover any customs‑related charges. These fees will not be refunded for returns or warranty claims.

Delivery timelines are estimates only. We are not liable for delays caused by customs clearance, carrier disruptions, holidays or force‑majeure events.

Our total maximum liability shall not exceed the original purchase price of the product in question. This limitation does not apply to damage caused by our proven gross negligence.

We do not accept liability for damage to wheels caused by crash, impact, improper installation, over‑torque, incorrect tire pressure, or normal wear‑and‑tear.
