‑ All return and refund matters are governed by our Return Policy. ‑ Return requests must be approved by us and require a valid RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Packages without RMA number will be refused. ‑ For DDP shipments, import taxes already paid to customs are non‑refundable in case of customer‑initiated returns.

‑ Our product warranty is detailed in our Warranty Policy. ‑ Warranty does not cover normal wear‑and‑tear, improper installation, misuse, crash damage, or modifications to the product.
