We stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our carbon wheelsets. With over 20 years of professional bicycle industry experience, our core team has been designing and manufacturing reliable cycling components for global riders. Our wheelsets have been fully verified by more than two years of domestic market sales, with complete traceability from raw materials, rim molding to wheel assembly.
We provide a clear tiered limited warranty for all wheelsets. This policy covers manufacturing defects under normal riding conditions and defines non‑warranty damage caused by accidents, improper operation, and daily wear.

1. Warranty Coverage

Our limited warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal installation, normal riding use, and correct maintenance. The warranty period is tiered by component:
  • Carbon Rim：2‑year limited warranty
  • Hub Body & Internal Structure：1‑year limited warranty
  • Spokes, Nipples, Bearings and Consumable Parts：6‑month limited warranty
During the valid warranty period, if professional inspection confirms factory manufacturing defects, we provide free repair, free replacement parts, or equivalent replacement service at our discretion.

2. What This Warranty Does NOT Cover (Accidental & Human Damage Exclusions)

This warranty does not apply to any damage caused by external impact, improper operation, or daily use. The following situations are explicitly excluded from warranty coverage:
  • Crash, drop, collision and impact damage：Cracks, dents, delamination, and deformation caused by riding accidents, falls, or external impact.
  • Improper installation & incorrect maintenance：Damage caused by wrong torque value, uneven spoke tension, incorrect assembly, unprofessional modification, or improper tool operation.
  • Overload & abnormal riding scenarios：Damage from violent riding, jumping, impact, off‑road abuse beyond product positioning, and overweight load.
  • Artificial modification & disassembly：Damage caused by private disassembly, hub modification, rim polishing, repainting, and structural alteration.
  • Normal wear and cosmetic aging：Surface scratches, paint fading, oxidation, brake track wear, and normal aging of consumable parts during daily riding.
  • External force damage during transportation, handling, or storage.
  • Expired warranty period, no valid purchase proof, or non‑authorized resale products.
All accidental damage, crash damage, and human error damage are non‑warranty items. For non‑warranty damaged wheels, we provide paid inspection and paid repair services based on the actual condition of the product.

3. Warranty Application Rules

  • All warranty cases require valid order information and purchase records.
  • Products must be used and maintained in accordance with official guidelines.
  • Unauthorized modification, disassembly, or abuse will permanently void the warranty.
  • Final warranty judgment is subject to our professional technical inspection result.

4. After‑Sales Explanation

Our warranty policy is independent of the return policy. The 30‑day return window is only for brand‑new, unused products. After the return period expires, all quality issues are handled in accordance with this warranty policy.
We reserve the right to update and optimize the warranty rules according to product iteration and industry standards.
